What PalletOnline Are Doing About COVID-19 Changes

As an organisation, we have remained in the office with remote home working being opened up to staff as we move further into the COVID-19 pandemic. We have made certain that we have the resources and resolve to carry out palletised deliveries as normal.

Amazon Pallet Deliveries Update

On Wednesday 18th March 2020, Amazon rightly restricted deliveries into their Fulfilment Centres until at least 5th April 2020 - as you can understand, there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and when normal business will return.

At this time you cannot book an Amazon pallet delivery in your Seller Central account unless you are supplying essential goods. If you are sending essential goods through an Amazon pallet delivery, we will report back with any updates as and when they happen.

We are closely monitoring the solution, and look forward to continuing to support you through and beyond this time of crisis.

Standard UK pallets can typically hold 1,000 kilograms of weight and are usually no more than 220cm tall, however it is recommended that they are stacked no more than 15 feet in total. You must also make sure that your pallets are stationed at least 15cm above ground level to allow the courier to lift and handle them easily.
